Provisional World Superbike calendar announced

The provisional calendar has been announced for the 2018 World Superbike season.

Unless there are changes in the next few months, the season will open at Phillip Island in Australia, as usual. Argentina has been added to the schedule (the new El Villicum track), pending homologation, and Brno is back as well. The Lausitzring is out – 2017 was supposed to be the last year for racing at the German track – and in a bit of a puzzle, Jerez is also out.

The World Supersport 300 and Superstock 1000 classes will run at all weekends except the first two events, and the last two. See the entire calendar below.
