The KTM Adventure Rally is headed to Quebec for 2020

The Canadian version of the KTM Adventure Rally is back on for 2020, and this year, it’s headed to Quebec.

The KTM Adventure Rally is a multi-day GPS-guided event, open to all motorcycle makes. Last fall, Zac and Costa went, but encountered a wee problem with the weather … That was mostly because it was hosted in the super-gorgeous Kootenays, which get the odd dusting of snow earlier on in the fall. The past few years, the rally has been held in BC, but now it’s going east, and should hopefully be snow-free.

This year, it’s running out of Auberge du Lac Taureau in Saint-Michel-des-Saints, Quebec. Rally dates are September 18-19. As before, there are two routes, a more technical course and a more open course, aimed at providing an easier ride for bigger bikes. There’s also test rides and other stuff going on over the weekend, with activities scheduled

This year’s rally is limiting entry to bikes 600 cc and larger, with the exception of the new-for-2020 KTM 390 Adventure model. As before, participants must join teams of 2-4 riders.

  1. Discrimination I say! This sounds like a good event, but I do not own a bike that is large enough to participate. I do have a KTM 390 adventure, sort of. (An adventurized 2011 Husaberg FE390) lol.
