Hey East-coasters (and anyone else who wants to take a road trip!), don’t forget that the Canadian Superbike series is headed to Nova Scotia for the Shubenacadie round this weekend.
You can find a full schedule of the event here. Don’t forget, this weekend is a double-header, with races on both Saturday and Sunday — Superpole runs Friday afternoon.
With two races down already, this weekend’s double-header could be the pivot for the season. If Jordan Szoke wins both Pro Superbike races (and there’s no reason to believe he won’t), he will have a stranglehold on the championship. Things could get interesting in the Pro Sport Bike races, as this is a track the locals can usually work their way up the standings; the usual frontrunners might see a little more pressure, but the second-tier riders will certainly have to hustle to earn their points.
