"Branding" seems to be as important as the motorcycles themselves these days; just look at the money Harley-Davidson and Ducati make from jackets, gloves, T-shirts, and other trinkets extolling the company name.
New from Ducati this year is a series of clothing designed to go with the new Monster 696.
The line covers the entire range from useful to frivolous … riding gear includes a classic-styled leather jacket, an open-face polycarbonate helmet that Ducati says is "perfect for city driving," and mesh-backed gloves "designed for street driving."
Off-bike wear includes a windproof jacket, belt, sweatshirt, sweater, T-shirt, singlet and cap. No word on a Monster bikini top, though.
