KTM has been teasing its revamped 1290 Super Duke R for weeks now, and has finally revealed it in its final form.
Or is it its final form? KTM says this is a prototype, which means there’ll be more tweaks before it hits market, and it certainly won’t appear in showrooms in trackday trim, as seen in this footage.
However, we’d expect the aerodynamic winglets to be included on the factory bike, though, as that’s a hard thing to get away with teasing, then retracting.
