Lost engagment ring rescued
The "H" in Harley-Davidson also stands for "Hero." "Wedding Hero," that is.
A Utah Harley-Davidson rider found a little black box on the road recently and stopped to look inside – where he found a $3,000 diamond ring. He took it home and watched the papers for news of the lost item.
Meanwhile, a 23-year-old who had left the engagement ring on the hood of a car was preparing to buy a replacement, when his ad was spotted by the Harley rider, who delivered the lost ring to the man’s astonished mother.
Probably thought it was a main bearing (drive side)!!!
I could make a comment about Harley riders being accustomed to finding dropped bits and pieces on the road, but I’m better than that. :zzz
