Company develops business attire for motorcyclists

If you have ever had to leave the bike at home because business attire was required, a company called Brummell LLC is developing a lineup of products that may be of interest to you. They are launching a Kickstarter campaign this month for blazers that are designed specifically with motorcyclists in mind.

Granted, you may not be attending many work meetings in person that require a blazer these days. Heck, most of us don’t even bother putting on pants unless we leave the house, and even then, it’s 50/50. But, we’re hoping that things will return to some semblance of normal one day where we may not want to choose between riding and wearing the proper protection.

The First Edition Brummell Blazer will be offered in three styles.

“For the first time, motorcyclists will be able to arrive at their work and meetings both suited up and protected at the same time,” said Nino Karas, Co-Founder of Brummell. “It’s the absolute must for every motorcyclist that wants to look elegant and classy on their bike.”

The blazer is reinforced with protective fabric that incorporates DuPont Kevlar fibres and
CE Level 2 impact protectors are incorporated in the shoulder and elbow areas. A removable windproof gilet protects the rider’s chest and neck against the elements on cooler days.

Early adopters can get on board now through Kickstarter, allowing them to get a blazer at a reduced price. Three colours will be available: black, blue and a blue check pattern. Pricing will be $649 USD, but those who are among the first 100 to order can buy for $529 USD.
Following the first 100 orders, the Kickstarter special is $549 USD and will include an exclusive Founders Edition tag.

This seems even more appropriate as riders start planning their outfits for the upcoming Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride next weekend. For more information, visit their website www.ridebrummell.com or their Kickstarter project here.
