Curious about Aprilia’s 2021 lineup, particularly the new RS660 sportbike and Tuono 660 naked bike? Thanks to the Aprilia Racers Day track program, you can demo these new machines at Canadian tracks this summer, as well as other naked bikes and superbikes from Aprilia’s 2021 lineup.
In August, the Aprilia Racers Days program comes to Ontario, visiting Calabogie on August 16 and Shannonville on August 23. Along with the on-track demo, Aprilia also provides an opportunity to try on Dainese riding suits and AGV helmets, and be measured for a custom track suit. There’s event photography, and lunch is included.
A few of the US stops in the program also have racing school available, through Jason Pridmore’s JP43 school, but this is not available at the Canadian dates.
There is a cost to attend the event, which is only fair, since you’re going to burn Aprilia’s gas and tires, use the track, and put wear and tear on the bikes. We don’t know what that cost will be. Back when Kawasaki ran a similar program, the cost was considerably less money than a track day, and we certainly doubt Aprilia is going to charge more for this event, as it’s. For more information on pricing, your best bet is probably to keep an eye on the program’s website. Otherwise, there are more details below on what to expect.

Considering Aprilia no longer has a dealer presence in Ottawa, I wonder what the point of the Calabogie session is as far as enticing possible bike sales…
