Former Vance and Hines staff start new aftermarket company

Two bigwigs from aftermarket manufacturer Vance and Hines have left and started their own company.

John Peck, Vance and Hines’ former VP of manufacturing and Leigh Crawford, Vance and Hine’s former manager of research and development, have started a new manufacturing outfit called Firebrand Design.

They’ve launched the brand with the announcement of a new slip-on exhaust designed for Harley-Davidson’s Sportster, Softail and Dyna models, but say there’s more to come. Supposedly, there will be other parts coming for other vehicles. Both Peck and Crawford have an interest in racing motorcycles, not just showy chrome barges, so hopefully there will be interesting stuff to come from them in the future.
