A public meeting will be held Thursday, March 26, in Baltimore, just north of Cobourg, Ontario, to discuss a move to restrict use of forest trails in the area.
The Northumberland Trail Riders and the Ontario Federation of Trail Riders have built trails in the Northumberland Forest, located along County Road 45 north of Baltimore, but may be prohibited from using them if a county proposal to limit use of the forest passes.
The two motorcycling groups are urging riders to attend the open meeting at the Baltimore Recreation Centre and sign the attendance sheet. The meeting runs from 2 to 8 p.m.
