Would-be motorcyclists in Florida will need to take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation-approved safety course before they’ll get a licence to ride.
A new law there is spiking registrations at safety courses across the state. This coincides with high U.S. gas prices which and concommitent increases in motorcycle sales.
The law is also bringing in people who have been riding for years without a motorcycle endorsement, according to a Tampa Bay television news report.
