It was only supposed to be down for a while but with the new format and then new server changeover, the CMG Archives somehow remained offline for a tad longer than expected.
Anyway, all the 1997 to 2007 articles that we figured are worth keeping (old news and emailbag items have been flushed) are now available in the new CMG "Classic Archives", currently open to all CMG RC members.
FYI, all post 2007 articles have been entered in our new system which automatically archives them and keeps them available to all our readership (just click on the "more" link in whichever section you want to explore on the CMG homepage).
