Yamaha Canada has launched a motorcycle
blog to allow quick and easy communication with customers.
Ten Yamaha employees from various
departments – product managers, marketing reps, service mechanics,
and others – were picked to contribute notes.
“We do a lot of events, as in
consumer shows and customer appreciation days, where we get to talk
to owners and swap stories,” said PR rep Bryan Hudgin, who is one
of the bloggers. “The blog allows for this two-way communication to
continue with stories, information, questions, feedback, video, and
