Problem: On certain motorcycles, the fuel level sensor float arm holder could deform and allow the arm to separate from the fuel level sensor body. If the float arm separates from the sensor body, the fuel meter would provide inaccurate information. In some cases the separated metal float arm could contact both the positive and negative terminals at the base of the fuel pump, causing a short that results in a blown (fuel injection, ignition or main) fuse. Either symptom could result in an engine stall.
Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel level sensor assembly.

More recalls?? is this because they off shored their assembly to Thailand.??? Still have not received any news from dealer or Honda Canada not even an answer on my inquiry to Honda Canada re back ordered parts for the relay switches CMG announced in June. Bike has been sitting for over a month now. Very disappointed.

Have you received and answer yet from Honda or your dealer? I work at a Honda Powersports dealer in Waterloo Ontario (KW Honda) and would be happy to try answer any recall related questions. The dealers received the info on the starter solenoid issue a couple weeks ago. We still have no solid info on the Fuel Arm issue, only that a recall is coming.
