The K1600GTL touring bike is an even more luxurious version of the K1600GT, with a taller screen, more relaxed ergonomics, top case, and add-ons like electronic suspension adjustment as standard. In 2017, BMW tweaked the engine settings so the GTL would meet Euro4 emissions regs, but peak power is supposedly unchanged. The bodywork was also updated, Dynamic ESA (so-called "smart suspension") is standard now, and Shift Assistance Pro (clutchless upshifting and downshifting) is optional. And, the price is the same.
