Harley-Davidson's factory custom bagger got the new Twin-Cooled Milwaukee Eight 114 motor in 2017. Otherwise, it's a pared down version of the CVO Limited sans top case and with a shorty windscreen - if you can call an almost $50,000 bike (!!) loaded with chrome pared down.
