Harley-Davidson dropped the seat height a further 10 mm on the Ultra Limited Low in 2017, added the liquid-cooled Milwaukee Eight 107 motor, upgraded the front and rear suspension, and still kept the sound system and all the other touring-friendly gadgets. The price is up a couple hundred bucks for 2018.
