The Backroad Ball, a no-boys-allowed motorcycle rally on Canada’s east coast, has announced its 2022 dates.
The female-only Backroad Ball built a very strong following in its first few years, growing from a handful of riders to hundreds, but COVID-19 meant cancellation of the 2020 and 2021 events. No worries, the Ball is returning for next riding season. As per the event’s Facebook page:
So: Riders and the moto-curious are invited to Riverglade (a well-known Moncton-area motocross facility, with lots of room for fun and camping) at the start of next summer. If you can’t make it, you can get your previous tickets to canceled events refunded, instead of trying to carry them over.
For more details, your best bet is to keep an eye on the Backroad Ball Facebook page, as organizers are pretty hip to social media and will keep attendees updated there. Tickets to this year’s event are already on sale, and in previous years, they’ve sold out quickly. This fifth-ever Ball might be the same, so if you want to attend, buy now.
