The Xciting 400i is a new maxi-scooter from Kymco, replacing the previous 500 version. It's aimed at performance, with a 42-degree lean angle and significantly lower weight for improved handling. Horsepower and torque are down, though. Kymco reckons this scooter works for touring, not just around-town grocery grabbing.
