Yamaha announced the new R6 on last fall's show circuit. The engine and chassis are pretty much the same as the older model, but the new model gets a comprehensive electronics package — six-mode traction control, new suspension, ABS,  riding modes, and optional quickshifter. This model goes a long way towards bringing next-generation supersports forward.
