The XSR700 is a retro-tastic take on the MT-07 naked bike. Yamaha says it harks back to the XS lineup from the 1970s, the company's classic early four-strokes. However, that's a bit of a stretch; there's not even a superficial resemblance between this machine and the XS650. Still, it offers a distinct look coupled with modern performance, and there's always a customer base for a machine like that.
