It’s the end of the world as we know it… errrr, rather, the end of Canada’s 2025 winter motorcycle show circuit. Moto Canada’s cross-country tour ends this weekend in Quebec with the Montreal Motorcycle Show—often considered the highlight of the multi-city run.

If you’ve done this show before, you know what to expect. It’s at the Palais des congrès downtown again, on a Friday-Sunday run. Doors open 11 AM on Friday, closing at 9 PM. The show runs 10 AM – 7 PM Saturday, and 10 AM – 5 PM on Sunday.

This year’s show has been, as usual, of mixed quality and mixed attendance over the circuit. Toronto’s mid-February show was hit hard by snow on Friday and Sunday, and a few key players were missing (no Suzuki, and Kawasaki stayed home again). But BMW was back with a corporate display for the first time in a good while. Looking at the Montreal exhibitors list (see it here), we see BMW is not there this weekend, but Suzuki is. Go figure. Along with Suzuki, the show’s site lists Can-Am, Harley-Davidson, KTM, Honda, Piaggio, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, Vespa, Triumph and Yamaha as having official displays, so that’s quite a few bikes to look at (unfortunately, the Buell display that we were looking forward to this year was canceled—we wanted to see that crazy new Super Cruiser).

It also looks like the custom culture Hanger 17 section of the show returns to Montreal again this year, whereas the Toronto show lost its own hip section in 2024 with no talk of it returning. There’s some different retailers at the Montreal show, and there’s an ADV section to check out as well.
