Kawasaki is looking to add some green to your life next race season—in more ways than one. To steer racers towards their machinery, the crew at Kawi are offering almost $700,000 CAD in contingency awards, between national roadracing, off-road, and motocross events.

Starting with roadracing—the Kawi cash for the 2025 CSBK campaign will only be paid out in the Pro classes, with as much as $2,000 paid out for race winners aboard Kawasakis in the Pro Superbike class, as long as they have proper livery. The amount of contingency cash drops for the support classes, with eligible winners in Pro Sport Bike getting $1,000 for a win. The CSBK contingency cash also applies to the season championship, with a $20,000 payout to the overall Pro Superbike winner if they’re aboard a Kawasaki.

Of course there are fine details and small print. For more info, check out CSBK’s post here, or talk to your local Kawasaki dealership.

This is excellent news for CSBK, as the series is trying to expand westward and racers face more expense as a result. Having more money up for grabs is great motivation to make the trip to Alberta next summer.

There’s a lot more money up for grabs in the dirt bike world, with more than a half-million up for grabs—$548,000 in potential prizes to be exact. That includes cash contingencies for the Triple Crown, WCan, Ecan, Transcan series, and the Corduroy Enduro as well. There are also contingency credit prizes for major provincial series, and the Team Green grand prize this year is a new KX or KLX motorcycle (not all series are eligible).

Kawi is also offering a Team Green Racer discount on new KX or KLX machines, and other incentives as well, such as 0% financing on some KX models, and a discount of up to $2,000 on some KX and KLX models.

We’ve scanned over the dirt contingency program rules and regulations, and there is a lot to sort out. Your local dealer may be able to help you out with questions, but your best bet is to keep an eye on TeamGreenCanada.ca; Kawasaki says information on rules and eligibility will be published there before the program starts in March of 2025. Just guessing, we’d expect it before the mid-winter show circuit.
