The Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival has announced its dates for 2023. It’s also announced its next stop in its road show—this month, the TMFF is headed to Vancouver.

As usual, the Toronto section of the Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival will run at the Revue Cinema this year, but a bit earlier than usual—it’s scheduled for September 21-23, instead of the usual October dates. But just as we saw in past years, the TMFF has other stops planned this year. The usual mid-summer movie night at the Canadian Superbike weekend at Mosport Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is back, on August 19. That event, as in previous years, is presented by Pfaff Harley-Davidson.

The fun starts even before that, though, with a visit to Vancouver this month! On April 28, starting at 7 PM at the Rio Theatre on East Broadway, you can take in the festival’s first visit to Gastown. Trev Deeley Motorcycles is sponsoring this trip, and it’s one of two trips west this year. On October 19, the TMFF will visit Calgary, running at the Plaza Theatre (presented by Ill-Fated Kustoms).

You can expect the same sort of films that we’ve seen in years past—feature-length productions, shorts, and a special recognition of Can-Con! The festival is taking submissions for the ’23 run; if you want more details, you can visit the submissions page here.

Wondering what you might see at the festival, before you buy a ticket? You can check out past TMFF favourites currently streaming at its “Netflix of Motorcycles” site here.
