Big win for Trystan Hart at Red Bull TKO Hard Enduro in Tennessee

The success keeps coming for Canadian ex-pat enduro racer Trystan Hart, with a win at the Red Bull TKO event in Tennessee last weekend. Hart beat out a field of riders from around the globe to take top spot in the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship event.

It was a big win for Hart, because not only was it his first event victory in the FIM series, but it followed his podium at the Erzberg Rodeo earlier this year. Just finishing the Erzberg Rodeo at all is a feat that few can claim, and earning a third-place there is truly impressive. Hart beat out several hard enduro legends to earn that spot on the podium.

None of this success this year should come as a success, as Hart has been impressing many on the AMA enduro circuit for years now, with multiple wins and championships to his name down there. Hart has been asserting himself with dominance on the international stage this year, though—to win at Red Bull TKO, he took first overall in both the Knockout 1 and Knockout 2 races, as well as the final event.

“I had a bit of pressure coming into the final because I had won each round and I just wanted to keep that momentum rolling,” Hart said after the event. “It feels amazing to win. This championship is so competitive, so I’m humbled to be up there with the best of them. It’s been an amazing day, I can’t thank the team and the fans enough for their support. Having the fans cheer me on like that was awesome!”

Next time, he’ll have even more fans, if Hart is at the next Hard Enduro round—Red Bull Outliers is slated to run in British Columbia on August 26-28.
