Indian Motorcycles has expanded the range for its ClimaCommand seat. Now, the accessory seat with heating/cooling function is available for the Challenger bagger series as well as the Thunder Stroke 111 models.
The Thunder Stroke version of this seat debuted in summer of 2020, and Indian is recycling the formula for the Challenger. The seat has a thermoelectric module with cooling ductwork, along with graphene material inside the seat that handles the work of cooling and heating while remaining flexible.
The seat has a pillion-friendly design, with elevated passenger perch and separate heating/cooling controls for rider and passenger (either by the on-seat controls, or the bike’s Ride Command system).
The ClimaCommand seat for Challengers is currently in production, with availability in July … at a price of $1,539. That’s a lot of cash, but if you want this level of luxury, alas, you must pay to play. Check out the seat at Indian’s website here.
