Get ready, supersport fans: Honda’s teasing a new CBR600RR sportbike, most likely for release sometime in the next few months.
We’ve seen hints and gossip about a new 600 for weeks now, but nothing really affirmative, just whispers reprinted around the Internet. That changed this week, thanks to a new video from Honda, showing an updated CBR600RR testing at a track.
That’s all we really know. Honda hasn’t announced a launch date, or any specs, although the video shows the bike has an electronics package at least, a major upgrade over the previous bare-bones model. We’re sure all will be revealed soon, though, if Honda’s taking the wraps off the bike via YouTube. Supposedly, we’ll know more deets on August 21.
