As promised earlier this week, MotoGP has announced a new weekend for Thailand’s races, and it’s involved a little bit of re-jigging the schedule.
Today, MotoGP announced the Buriram round would run October 3-4 (originally, it was scheduled for the March 22 weekend). But wait, you say—isn’t that when the Aragon round was supposed to run? You’re correct, and that’s why the Aragon round has now been re-scheduled for September 26-27.
As for the Qatar GP race, that’s officially done; this weekend’s Moto2 and Moto3 races are still on, of course, but there won’t be a premiere class race in Qatar this year (although World Superbike is still probably trying to re-schedule its date there).
