Montreal Motorcycle Show runs this weekend

The MMIC’s motorcycle show circuit comes to an end this weekend, with the Montreal Motorcycle Show wrapping up the 2020 tour.

The Montreal show is one of the busiest of the season, particularly as it isn’t in competition with other bike shows in the same city (which is what happens in Toronto). It’s got the usual OEM displays, and sometimes has a stronger presence by the gear distributors, which is useful if you want to try stuff on.

Kawasaki’s giving a Z400 away, like it has at other shows. Friday night sees ladies get in for half-price after 5 PM, and also have the chance to win a $2,000 show shopping spree. Honda’s got its DCT demonstration booth there, Jordan Szoke and family are doing trials riding demonstrations, the Yamaha Riding Academy is there to show kids the basics of motorcycling, and Hangar 17 also returns, giving riders a taste of custom culture and the urban motorcycle scene.

This year’s show, as always, is at Palais des congres de Montreal. Find information on hours and admission rates at the show’s website.
