Fundy Adventure Rally
Southern New Brunswick, Aug. 15-18
This is the top adventure bike rally on the east coast, and also a brainchild of former CMG big cheese Editor ‘Arris. Based out of Adair’s Wilderness Lodge, near Sussex, New Brunswick, the Fundy Adventure Rally started off as a 500-km offroad rally route, with legs of varying difficulty, meant to complete in a day.
The long day’s ride is still the main focus of the event, but there are also demo rides motorcycle riding competitions, presentations, rider training, and a general pile of two-wheeled fun. In fact, many riders show up a couple of days early at the rally in order to pack in more action. There’s something here for everyone, from big-bore adventure bikers to small-capacity dual sport riders to even the hardcore street-legal enduro fans.
If the 500-km main route sounds like too much work, there’s also a 250-km scavenger hunt route, which shouldn’t give most riders any trouble at all, and gives you much more time to enjoy some of backwoods New Brunswick’s best scenery — unless it rains. Precipitation has definitely added to the rally’s challenge in recent years!
Me and my cousins go to the Atlanticade Rally in Moncton, NB. held the third week of june. Great folks running it, well organized and they break up large group rides into smaller groups of 25, which is safer and gives you a chance to get to know the folks your riding with. Don’t miss it.

Ride Manitoulin has an annual rally on Manitoulin Island. Here is the link to their site, although there isn’t a date for 2019 showing on it yet, on their FB page is states July 19 and 20.

There *IS* a Horizons Unlimited Mountain Madness (HUMM) in Canada (BC) this year!! HUMM Monashees, July 19-21, 2019, also in Nakusp, BC… the weekend after the Canwest Travellers Meeting, so may as well make a family holiday of it. The dual sport and off-road riding in the area is stellar.
