MotoGP is done for the season. World Superbike is finished for this year. Even drag racing has shut down. There’s no motorcycle racing to watch until roadracing picks up again in mid-winter, right?
Wrong! In a month, the Dakar Rally kicks off again, blasting through South America (Peru, Bolivia, Argentina) this time.
By our count, there are 142 motorcyclists entered into this year’s race (along with hundreds of other competitors on cars, trucks, and ATVS, of course).
We’ll have a closer look at what to expect in this year’s rally coming soon, but for now, enjoy these two videos and think about all the fun you could be having on your motorcycle if you lived someplace warmer than Canada.
