Problem: Certain three wheeled vehicles may fail to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 202 – Head Restraints. The vehicles imported from the US to be sold in Canada are equipped with seats that do not meet the requirements of the Canadian standard.
Correction: Dealers will replace the seats.
