Arm pump: It’s a malady affecting not just supercrossers, but also high-level roadracers. Somehow, most motorcyclists tend to escape its debilitating effects, perhaps because we’re not on-track, risking our lives at warp speed.
However, if you watch enough racing, whether on asphalt or in the dirt, you’ll hear about arm pump, often when it takes a star rider out of a few races, heading off for corrective surgery.
