The Easter bunny visited Dieppe, NB, on the weekend, using a motorcycle to deliver his treats.
The riding rabbit was actually Stephane Comtois, who decided to hit the streets with treat deliveries door-to-door aboard his motorcycle, to the delight of neighbours, retirement homes, and hospitals. But the RCMP, however, were concerned, and started investigating once video of the bike-borne bunny hit YouTube (above). After all, think of the dangers posed by someone riding in an Easter bunny costume through the quiet streets of Dieppe!
Turns out Comtois was wearing an old-school army-style motorcycle helmet under the costume. That’s not typical sportbike attire, but it is legal, meaning the Easter bunny was able to escape legal troubles for his chocolate giveaway. Reportedly, Comtois enjoyed the stunt and plans to repeat it next year, but there was no word as to whether he also plans a Christmas Day run in a Santa suit.
I want to personally thank New Brunswick for being in a parallel universe to the rest of civilization. Only New Brunswick can be… in this place.
There’s no other place anything like this place, anywhere near this place.
Vive Le Nouveau Brunswique !!!
