British mag Visordown has once again got their hands on a spy snap of the new KTM 1290 Super Adventure.
You can see a full-size photo of the bike here. It seems KTM is mainly tinkering with the front fairing and headlight assembly. The bike’s test rider is covered with wiring that seems to indicate they’re doing airflow testing in this shot, and that would also explain the large microphone assembly behind the rider (onboard acoustics testing).
We don’t know for sure when the revised 1290 Super Adventure is coming, but there have been enough spy shots at this point that the bike’s future release is fairly certain.
I heard Triumph will release a Rocket III based adventurer to compete with the KTM, the 2300 Lion Mega Explorer.
