Kawasaki Z125 Pro is coming to Canada

It's got 125 ccs of air-cooled fury. Would you buy one?

All the US sites were full of the news this week: The Z125 Pro is coming. But we hadn’t heard an official word from Kawasaki’s Canadian arm. But now the word is in — we’ll get the bike soon.

The Z125 Pro was first unveiled last fall. Its mission is obvious: Steal sales from the Honda Grom. But it was unclear whether the bike was coming to North America, and once it was announced for the US, we still didn’t know about Canada.

Now, however, we know the machine is coming to Canada as an early 2017 model. It will be available at some point this riding season. On their Canadian site, it’s listed as “Coming soon.”

The Z125 Pro will have an MSRP of $3,399, and be available in green only. More photos are available below, as well as the spec sheet.

  1. hold on…. they expect to steal sales from honda?

it’s effectively the same spec on the bike, hp and torque vary a bit but meh, and it’s exactly the same msrp

Why would anyone buy the kawi in the first couple years? There is always some risk (think 2008 KLR piston rings) in buying the first year of anything until they get the bugs sorted out.

This think should be listed for 2999 and they would skewer honda’s sales
