The people at California Scooter Company continue to add helpful upgrades to their Zongshen RX3 Cyclone adventure bike. Now, vertically challenged riders can take advantage of a one-inch lowering link.
While the 250 cc liquid-cooled made-in-China adventure bike is already appealing to people looking for a more manageable ADV ride than the expensive, high-powered behemoths available from Europe and Japan, the lowering links should bring the seat down even further (although they bring the price up about $99.95 US).
A full list of RX3 accessories is available here at their website. Considering it’s a budget machine from China, there’s a lot available, including luggage upgrades, LED lighting, armour, etc.
Remember, the RX3 has been approved for sale in Canada — more details here. We don’t know if any Canucks have actually purchased one yet, as it’s pretty late in the season, but we’re guessing we’ll start seeing them come in-country, via CSC’s unique direct-to-customer distribution model, next season.
Too bad they never actually say what the seat height IS on their website.
