Indian confirms Dark Horse

Indian will launch its latest cruiser in less than two weeks.

The Polaris subsidiary sent out an email confirming the bike’s existence this morning. We didn’t receive any information on specs, paint options (likely black) or MSRP, but that information will likely come out on Feb. 13.

That’s when Indian is running the Dark Horse Challenge through the streets of Chicago. They’ll be doing a five-mile run through the city in a parade led by the new Dark Horse, giving prospective buyers a chance to attend the launch and see the machine up close.

The Dark Horse was first spotted in CARB application papers last week. It’s supposed to be a 2016 model, so don’t expect to see it in showrooms anytime soon.
