Found this sketch of what the GS1200 could look like in Scrambler form and thought it was worthy of going on the CMG page as well as the Facebook feed.
The artist who did this (as well as many other concept ideas) is a guy called Oberdan Bezzi. The idea is to build a scrambler around the BMW R nineT (the last of the air-cooled boxers), which basically translates to some styling changes, a new seat and pipe and some big knobby tires on the base version (above), or taller suspension with a 21 inch front wheel on the more aggressive R version (below).
That’s not a lot of work and we think the resulting sketches are stunning. Time to enter the Scrambler foray BMW?
