The Dakar Rally is the biggest motorcycle racing news these days, but MotoGP testing starts soon. This is crunch time for Suzuki, who have to get their new GP machine up to snuff fairly quickly. This video shows their efforts so far.
This year, Maverick Vinales and Aleix Espargaro are Suzuki’s factory riders, although former GP rider Randy De Puniet was the test pilot for most of the prototype’s development. After the testing schedule, the season will start on the March 29 weekend, with the traditional opening race at Qatar.
