Jay Leno has ridden a couple of other electric bikes on his web show – a Brammo and a Mission. Now he’s got another video up showcasing the Harley-Davidson Livewire.
In some ways, Leno is the perfect guy to do this piece, as he’s an expert on motorcycle history (he has an impressive collection of vintage bikes), but he’s also ridden a number of other battery bikes. He knows where the Livewire fits into history, and he knows where it fits in today. Harley-Davidson marketing bigwig Ken Ostermann also stops by, to chat with Leno about the machine.
