Fundy Adventure Rally registration closing

The Fundy Adventure Rally is proving to be rather popular with a total of 48 people registered to date and all the team spots now taken! Registration closes on 28th July at noon so there’s still time for solo riders who want to ride the (easier) base loop.

If you would like to attend the rally with a team, you may still sign up as a team captain BUT you will be put on a waiting list and not charged at this time (if there is demand we will see if we can get additional SPOT devices but cannot guarantee this).  Alternatively, riders can try and find a registered team to ride with by posting on the FAR forum here.

charityA few other updates:

We’re proud to announce that the Halifax children’s hospital, the IWK has been selected as the official charity for the Fundy Adventure Rally. Rallyists will earn some additional points for money raised and we’ll be raising fund for the IWK during the Friday night charity raffle.

Terry Burt, local film doc guy and adventurist, will be heading to the Fundy Adventure Rally to present his documentary about riding the Trans Labrador Highway.

We’ll also be joined by a couple of journalists; Mark Richardson for the Toronto Star and Costa Mouzouris from our own Canada Moto Guide magazine and Motorcycle Mojo will be riding the event.

And finally, BMW will have a selection of knobby shod GSs ready for 30 minute test rides through some of the trails surrounding Adair’s. Test rides are available on a first come, first served basis and will run Friday afternoon during registration.
