The Canadian Motorcycle Drag Racing Association’s Badlands Nationals round took place last Saturday and Sunday in Medicine Hat, and Hi-Per Al Miles and his FFR team were the big winners.

Miles and team won first place in the Screamin’ Eagle Pro Dragster class. That gives them seven straight wins. In the Screamin’ Eagle V-Rod Destroyer series, Jeff Pitre beat out Debbie Ramage in the final elimination round to take the weekend’s win in that competition. Burke Forster won the weekend’s Pro Mod division series. Kevin Pettit won the Hot Harley and Screamin’ Eagle Stock XL series, his second weekend of the year with multiple wins. Chris Klassen won the weekend’s Super Street trophy.

You can find full details of the weekend’s racing at the CMDRA’s website, with points breakdown. The series’ next event is not until the end of next month, at the Northern Lights Raceway in Fort St. John, BC on August 23-24.
