Home Ontario racing future looks hopeful Jodi Christie opened his Canadian roadracing season in style for Honda Canada, winning both RACE Regional Pro Heat races at the warm-up event for the Mopar CSBK National tour at Shannonville Motorsport Park's Pro track. Christie out-dueled Kenny Reidmann's Triumph to win the Pro Sport Bike Heat event, then worked past reigning National CSBK overall Champ Jordan Szoke to win the Superbike event. Christie will start both races from pole in tomorrow's opening Regional Round, gaining experience with the new CSBK tour spec Dunlop rubber prior to the National opener at the same venue on June 6-8.
