Horizons Unlimited has scheduled an adventure riding rally for Nova Scotia this summer.
While ADVrider.com is perhaps the world’s best-known adventure riding site, Horizons Unlimited (founded by Canadians Grand and Susan Johnson) is also a well-known site for travelers. Their rallies teach survival skills necessary for traveling the world.
The Maritime rally (it’s running just outside Annapolis Royal, in southern Nova Scotia) will also give riders the opportunity to go on a couple of guided rides, including a guided dual sport ride to a ghost town. And as always, riders will be able to hang out with likeminded travelers from around the world. Several of the presenters (Canadian author Jeremy Kroeker is attending) are veteran round-the-world travelers.
