MV Agusta triples get dual-channel ABS

2014 MV Agusta F3 800
The MV Agusta F3 800 is a high-powered upgrade of their F3 675.

MV Agusta has added dual-channel ABS to its three-cylinder lineup for 2014.

The Brutale 675 and 800, the F3 675 and 800 and the Rivale 800 will all feature the Bosch 9MP ABS system, known for its light weight (it’s featured on several of MV Agusta’s competitors’ bikes, including some of Ducati’s motorcycles). It can be deactivated on all the machines through the bikes’ set-up menus.

Previously, this is one area MV Agusta lagged behind its competitors; in an era where electronics are as important as horsepower, MV Agusta’s three-cylindered models did not come with ABS as standard.

The F3 triples also get an additional Race mode, for users who want less computer interferance for track riding or aggressive street riding.
