Harley-Davidson has announced several new pieces of gear for the 2013 spring riding season, including rain gear, and new Pink Label women’s gear.

The new rain gear includes their new Roadway rain suit, that includes a waterproof jacket and pants. The pants have overall-style straps to keep them up, and stirrups at the bottom of the legs, to keep them down. There are heat-resistant panels on the lower legs, to stop them from melting, and zippers that go to the knees, to make them easier get off and on. The jacket has a zip-off hood that turns into a neck flap, three pockets, and adjustable cuffs. It’s available in sizes S-5XL.

There’s also a new waterproof fleece jacket, styled like a hoodie. Also available in sizes S-5XL, as well as Tall sizes, you can install armour in the elbows and shoulders, and there’s 3M Scotchlite trim to enhance visibility.

The new Pink Label women’s gear includes a wind/water-resistant outer jacket shell, a waterproof jacket with pockets for shoulder, elbow and back armour, and a close-fitting base layer. There’s also a set of three-piece gloves, with an outer goatskin layer, and inner fleece and neoprene layers, and gel-padded palms.

Some of the Pink Label line’s proceeds go towards fighting breast cancer through the Rethink organization.

All these new pieces of gear will be available at authorized Harley-Davidson dealers.
