Whatever Ducati is doing, they’re doing it right.
The Italian motorcycle manufacturer announced 24 per cent growth in North America’s 2012 Q3 sales. As we’ve said before, that’s good growth at any time, but it’s spectacular when you consider the continent is still struggling economically.
This is just par for the course for Ducati; they’ve seen great growth in the last couple years. Other higher-priced brands are seeing similarly positive numbers as well, while the mainstream manufacturers are having trouble moving bikes with much lower price tags.
It may be a troubling trend for many in the industry, but you can bet the boys from Bologna are pretty happy with this news.
