Aftermarket manufacturers SuperTrapp Industries has purchased Jardine Performance Products.
This doesn’t mean SuperTrapp, who’s been building performance exhausts and other accessories for decades, is planning to shut down the competition; the Jardine brand will continue in production. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to save lives with their loud aftermarket pipes – until your local town council shuts you down. Of course, Jardine also makes highway bars, forward controls, back rests, racks and more for metric or American cruisers.
Jardine joins a growing list of aftermarket companies that SuperTrapp has purchased. They might not be as prominent a name as they used to be, but SuperTrapp now owns Kerker, TC Racing exhausts, and FPS Racing. They also have their Road Legends Series lineup and they make the JayBrake product lineup.
We were the Canadian Distributor for Jardine’s during the 70 and eighties. The then owner, Jerry Jardine was great to deal with, delivering good products but there was always a backlog on orders. Jerry (big Jerry we called him) sold out and retired years ago.
