The WorldRiderZ are visiting Ontario today, with a stop at the Sault Canal.
The way their name is spelled, you’d think the WorldRiderZ were all about burnouts, wheelies, and other mad stunts, but that’s not the case. It’s actually two guys, Stephane Etienne and Paul Torriero, plus their crew, who travel around the world on adventure bikes, raising awareness for kidney disease.
Discovery Channel picked up their story, turned it into a TV show, and ran their first season last year; now, they’re working on their second season. It’ll have eight episodes. Three of those will be in Canada, including today’s visit to Sault Canal (it happens around 2 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie Canal National Historic Site)
